WOAH Sub-Regional Representative for Southeast Asia
Dr. Naree Ketusing is the Sub-Regional Representative for Southeast Asia at the World Organisation for Animal Health (WOAH). She leads regional initiatives on transboundary animal diseases, One Health, antimicrobial resistance (AMR), wildlife health, and capacity building.
She holds a DVM from Chulalongkorn University, an MSc in Epidemiology from Colorado State University, and a PhD in Veterinary Public Policy from Virginia Tech. Her career began at Thailand’s Department of Livestock Development, where she worked in virology, epidemiology, and international cooperation, with a focus on trade, SPS measures, and global health governance.
