Dear Colleagues,

 

We are pleased to announce you the opening of Call for Posters related to the topics of the IABS Workshop on Leveraging Analytical and Bioprocess Platforms for Biological Product Development and Commercialization.

 

This meeting will be held in Brussels, Belgium on May 14-15, 2025.

 

SAVE THE DATE:

The call for posters is an opportunity for individuals and teams to present the latest advancements, methodologies, and innovations in the application of platform technologies as applied to biologicals including vaccines, biotherapeutics and C&GT. We encourage submissions that explore the development, verification, and lifecycle management of platforms, as well as their integration into both human and veterinary products. This is an excellent chance to contribute to the ongoing dialogue in advancing platform-based approaches in the pharmaceutical industry.

 

DEADLINE:

Please note the deadline for the submission: April 18, 2025.

 

LOGISTIC DETAILS: 

Please address your poster to secretariat@iabs.org 

Submitted posters will undergo a thorough selection process carried out by meeting chairs.

Key selection criteria will be clarity, relevance, timeliness, novelty and originality.

 

Topics of interest include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Analytical and/or Process Platform validation
  • How statistical analysis helps create and manage platforms
  • Platform lifecycle management
  • Applying platforms to early or late phase products
  • Case studies of platforms and Submission of Platformed processes or analytics in a regulatory dossier
  • Case studies providing Platform advantages (like speed to market, supply chain management, Quality and QMS, etc..)
  • Prior knowledge and platforms

 

Posters will be displayed throughout the meeting in the recommended poster size (48 inches wide by 36 inches tall), and authors are required to register and attend the event. All posters will also be featured in the e-book of the meeting, which will be published on the event website.

The results of the selection process will be communicated to all applicants by the end of April.

Access to meeting’s slides is given to meeting’s participants for a period of 4 weeks after the meeting.
Login and password are sent by email to participants right after the meeting.
Afterwards the slides are only accessible to IABS member, using their Member Login and Password.

Reports and proceedings of IABS conferences and workshops appear in its journal Biologicals, published by Elsevier.
